Appeal description:

Hi.
Around 8 and a half months ago I was marked as a scammer by a SR admin for a case more than 2 years ago. I had appealed, and clearly was somewhat arrogant to the SR admin helping me.

In that appeal, I repayed the victim (who i am now friends with) through steam chat. Screenshot is attached.

As spoken about in the ban appeal thread, this is an extremely old case that was originally dealt with by steam. At the time, steam took away/deleted the items that had to do with the scam and trade banned me, giving me a temporary SR mark.

Anyways. I feel as if this case is too old to still be in justice, and although it may not be often I would like a second chance at the appeal. I was not innocent. I committed the scam and re-payed the victim to the best of my ability.​

• Your previous appeal ( http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-76561198046673196-chest-banned-by-sr.83576/ ) was rejected, only 1 appeal to be done on SR. You already did re-appeal, and that was archived for this reason ( http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-76561198046673196-chest-banned-by-sr.83711/ )
• As I told you in the original rejected appeal, repayment has to be documented here by you AND the victim... I've not seen the victim respond here on your appeals that he's been repaid in full.
• I see no reason to indulge in yet another appeal. We have that rule for a reason, there are many more appeals, and those are more eager to at least cooperate at their first try. So, why would we indulge this one to go thru? And thats apart from the repayment requirements above.

I don't remember seeing the part about the victim having to respond but I will contact him. I understand that the rule does exist but in my defense it has been 8, nearly 9 months. I also understand that there are other appeals you lot have to deal with, so I appreciate the time to respond quickly.
