It appears you did not fully disclose alternate/related accounts per appeal guide entry #7. Lying/lying by omission is grounds for an appeal to be instantly denied. Since the appeal guide and appeal form already pointed this out, long before you posted your appeal and your followup appeals also omitted additional accounts, I am only going to allow an additional week to followup.
