Appeal description:

I initially created this Steam account for use by someone else who I am no longer in contact with and have not been for several years now. Before they disappeared, they decided to hand this account over to me for my own personal use. I am not claiming this person was innocent (they were definitely guilty), though they are not in possession of this account any longer. The alternate Steam account listed is my main account which can be used to prove I have a clean record. The screenshot included is just to prove that I've had the account in my friends list since it was created.​
