Hello!

I already made an appeal three years ago, but I don't even bothered checking it again, mostly because of my bad english at the time (and for some reason another Admin answered two years later)

Ok first of all that is the only screenshot that's left of the time, since Steam removed their Human-Support-Tick-System and all old questions are gone, or am I wrong? But nevertheless even though it is in german it should be enough.

1. To translate their first sentence in the Ticket 1:1:
"Our Data suspect that your Steam-Account was abused" and that they sended me a new passwort to my E-Mail.
(I told them that my Account is hacked)

Let's take a look at the attached Screenshot:

1. His name is "REAL ZEPHIR", i guess that sounds a little suspicious

2. That's not even german, more like a broken version of it ("jetzt herunterladen battle field 3 kostenlos", is grammatically wrong)

3. My Screenshot from the Support-Ticket is from April, the reason because I waited this long (long: I guess he had my Account a few days or even weeks), is because I was busy with my first Steam-Account (i created this account for CS:S, bc of my VAC-Ban, yeah blame me but at least I deserved this ban)
anyway theres something interesting, there is a comment from another Zephir on his profile, translation: "delete this one, he is not even the real one D:"

Reminder: That comment on "his" account from me is from April 16, 2012 and I created the Support-Ticket on April, 30th, 2012

-I guess the fact that I appeal this late proves that I'm not even really interested in trading, lost a few friends though

-I have to admit, the reason my Account got hacked was because I actually clicked on one of those links, from the second screenshot, I was very young and stupid (well, I knew that it was scam, just wanted to see what happens, I guess now I know lol)
(Reminder that I had only CS:S and a few TF2-Items on this account, so I thought what the hell)
(But after I got my account back, I guess I was just happy and didn't knew about my Scammer-Ban, so there was no reason to make a new Account)

-Why did I abandon my first Account? I wanted to play Source-Games and I knew that I wanted to have many games and a VAC-Ban is just ugly and kinda embarrassing
