Appeal description:

Firstly, I would like to apologize for incorrectly submitting previous appeals, as there were a few steps I was confused on. I believe everything should be in order now.

I have recently gotten back into Team Fortress Two again after quite some time not playing. I was also hoping I could get back into trading, however I remembered the SteamRep ban I had received over four years ago. Being quite young back then, I did not know how to properly go about appealing this ban, now however, I hope that I can resolve this issue once and for all.
On my SteamRep, there are two accounts listed as "alternate accounts" (SteamRep's found here: https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198044958473 and here: https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198081149692) however, these accounts do not belong to me, but to a friend of mine. This friend is, without a doubt, a scammer and does deserve the punishment. The reason my account became associated with his is because he was committing the scams when he was at my house, giving us the same IP address. If looked at now, one would see that they are, and will remain, different. I have and will not ever scam someone of their items, as that is a hurtful, reputation ruining, and overall childish thing to do. People work hard for their items, and it can be a crushing experience if one were to get those items taken. As I said before, I do recall him attempting to scam, and he with his two accounts do deserve to be banned.
Unfortunately, as this incident occurred so long ago, I have no further evidence in my favor. I hope that in the case my ban is lifted, my future actions will speak for me. An incident like this will not happen again. As of now, I just wish I can go on as a trader that people trust. Thank you.​

Because the ban occurred 1733 days ago, I'm not sure what information/proof I could provide now to further back my claim. Is there something specific you had in mind I could do to further your investigation?

The best information I can provide is the different IP addresses. The last time he was at my house with his computer was around the time of this predicament, so since then they have never been the same. I do not see how in any way I can provide stronger evidence. I can try to have him contact you or something similar, however I am sure you will not see that as sufficient enough.

Then it is impossible to prove to you I don't own that account. I do not see how, in any definitive way, anyone could provide the information you are asking for.

Can you not help me in any way by telling me what I could possibly do?
