Hi I am appealing for a case made against me 10 years ago where I was linked as a scammer alt to this steam account: https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198063580714

The reason I am appealing after 10 years is because apart from spycrabbing I did not have a huge appeal (pun not intended) to trading (and I was also 14 years old) and didn't realise the impact of having this tag until now because I unboxed valuable knife on cs:go and I want to sell it. Basically what happened is when I was 14 I spycrabbed with a friend whom I found from spycrabbing servers who eventually went down the path of scamming people. Which I honestly wouldn't have even remembered if I hadn't made the thread 10 years ago. He basically got caught scammed, and got banned on steamrep, for some reason wanted to drag me down too? I honestly can't explain why, and he basically sent a anonymous message to someone who got scammed and added in that I was an alt of the person who scammed him, the saddest part is that I literally got dragged into all this because he fabricated my name into this scam, other than that there is no evidence of me scamming anyone anywhere, if anything I have posted in SR in the past trying to expose scammers in servers I spycrabbed in.

The reason my appeal 10 years ago got shutdown was because when my account got flagged as a scammer alt (of an actual scammer), TF2OP and SR both banned my account as it was linked to that account, so when I tried appealing to SR they told me to go appeal to TF2OP first, and when I went to TF2OP they told me that it was a ban from SR so I had to appeal there first. I hope reading this you can see how unfair the system was back then 10 years ago? I basically gave up and just continued gaming, but I guess it would be nice to have my account in the all clear, I have been gaming all these 10 years so not sure how I can be considered an alt account haha.

It is hard for me to provide evidence for this, as it is kind of asking for evidence of something that never really existed, meaning how can I find evidence of me not being linked to a scammer when there is no links. If anything I feel this appeal should be granted in the lack of evidence provided in the thread which lead to me getting this tag. The evidence is literally an anonymous user (which ive explained above) providing chats of an actual scammer (not me at all) to the person being impersonated and then adding in that I am his alt. How can the word of an anonymous user be enough to mark me as a SR and TF2OP scammer. I really would appreciate a reconsideration into that thread after hearing my side of the story, and I am happy to provide further information if requested.
