My account was Hijacked by someone who went by the name of "Shadows," I apologize in advance for having no screen caps of our conversations or his profile, I had lost track of it and "found" it through the claim J4JamesTF2 posted. However, I do have emails from VALVe when I tried to get my account back, however, the conversation I had with the VALVe support employee was deleted and I do not know if there is any other way I can access the chats.​

Im sorry, but I cant access any of the chats I had with steam support, all I have is some emails for proof, unless there is something I don't know about.

Also, I do not remember making another email to get a support ticket, I only remember just contacting steam and us fixing the issue through emails and steam chat, of there is any way to find out what I did and if I used another email, what it was, could you please tell me and I will try to het the needed prood as soon as I can.

I already have my account back, the messages I had with the steam support peraon have been deleted because it was more than 60 days or something.

So quick just to make sure I know what I'm doing, i need to get another steam ticket to access the chat with the person I previously talked to??
