    After a review, this was a RWC related offense, the tagging admin made note it could have been a premature report if you were truly busy or a true misunderstanding. Unfortunately, you did indeed lie to the user claiming you sent the second half and thus, eliminating any chance or defense of a misunderstanding, time report was submitted at this point being irrelevant. Furthermore, repayment was NOT timely for a mistake/misunderstanding rather you made excuses/delayed repayment.

    Per SR policy, we do not grant RWC (real world currency) related offenses.

    Appeal denied.
