    After a review of the report/taking into account the appeal, I am unable to consider this appeal.
    I have given you a lot of leeway on your appeal since we have a language barrier but I still dont see any firm "change of heart" claim, more just asking for the ban to be lifted or confused that repaying means we will.
    I am going to side with the original admins judgement on this case.

    Appeal denied.
