    Appeal description:
    I have full intent on paying him back, I just can't at the moment. Horse didn't seem to understand my problem, and let the bias of scammers get the best of him. I would like another admin on this appeal if possible, I am not a scammer and I can pay the guy what he said.​

    You have had months to pay the victim back as the other admin said, after looking at your inventory, you clearly have enough to do so currently, yet you have not and submitted an appeal anyhow. You made an agreement and broke it, that is fraud. I see no reason to consider this appeal at all.

    After a review of the report/taking into account the appeal, I am unable to consider this appeal.
    OK, its clear then you have no change of heart, trivializing what you did "precious keys" and you more concerned about being untagged then repaying what you already owe. I am denying the appeal. Its also ridiculous that you replied countless times in the report (where his account is steam linked on every post he makes) even previously unblocked/spoke to him and you are telling me you cant find him now. If you are seriously not a "scammer" tho you committed the offense, you will still repay. Best of luck to you.
