I had another account for CSGO a couple years ago for CSGO to play comp with friends because I took it seriously on my main, but I never traded on the account or anything like that. I've since lost access to the account because I forgot the login email and password.​

Appeal description:

I was banned several years ago for impersonating another player. The report had me listed with two other individuals, who had the same name and profile picture I did. The claim is I was impersonating with intent to defraud but there's no hard proof of this claim. I did have the same profile picture and name as this other account at the time, but I've gone by "Alias" for 95% of my online time, the remaining 5% being random one off names. I remember setting my profile picture to the protagonist from darker than black because one of my friends from high school recommended it to me. He's the same friend that got me into csgo. I don't really have any proof, all I have is my own personal testimony that the ban was over 2,500 days ago, wasn't very substantiated, and is now making it difficult to trade. I've never scammed, wanted to scam, or done anything to hurt anyone in the csgo community. I have over 2,300 hours in the game, a perfect record on my account, and simply want to be able to engage in community activities without this ban looming over my head. I would greatly appreciate any help I could get.
