Appeal description:

so as this is my first appeal, i apologise if a get anything wrong.
My first and ONLY scam happened WAY back in early 2016 as i was quite stupid around that time.
for some reason though, i had only been banned as of late last year and I had only found out early this year.
so when i found out, I tried to contact him. It said he was offline so i left him a message on his profile. I thought to myself if he doesnt reply in a month then Ill try to appeal on here.
I also contacted one of his friends on steam to see if they knew when he was online last. He hadn't been online since 3 years ago at the time possibly due to his account being VAC banned.
I asked him to tell the user about me. When he came back, he said he didnt know who i was, I even showed him the link to his report about me, but still nothing, so at this stage, I have no idea what to do.​
