Appeal description:

I was buying TF2 keys on a site known as tf2buy.com. I ordered the items and got them from the site's bots, but what i didn't know was that i didn't have enough money to buy the keys i ordered, because i was using someone else's debit card, but the site still let me without letting me know this.

I never knew paypal opened chargeback the next month, and i only found out when i found out i was banned on here and steamrep. It was completely my fault, i should've checked how much money the person had. I have not been able to repay the owner of tf2buy because i cant find the original report and his user.

This whole thing was a complete accident. I am not a scammer and i did not intentionally chargeback. Please let me appeal. Thank you.​
