Appeal description:

I got marked as a scammer on steam rep 6 years ago and for the past 2-3 years I have been trying to repay the victims. Neither one of the victims play pc anymore and they are not active at all. Its been 6 years and I'm 19 now and I was 13 when I scammed the person. I have matured now and learned my lesson for sure by now. I tried repaying but there is no way I can when the guy doesnt play anymore at all. I actually got scammed last night for $300 worth of items and also got scammed 3 days ago of $150 out of my bank account so I know how it feels to be scammed so I will for sure never scam anyone ever again. I hope yall accept my appeal due to it being 6 years after it happend and that now I have matured more and had a big change of heart.​
