I finally got another gaming pc to find out someone had been using my alias 4ish years ago and I was banned for no reason other than you guys assumed it was my alt? Insane that this would've gone unnoticed unless I got back into gaming, it seems like you guys really need a new system for these things. Truly disappointing that a company that uses "steam" in its name has this level of incompetence.​
