I had this account that was banned for using skin changer, solely and exclusively skin changer, nothing else​

Appeal description:

Hi,

I'll be honest, when I got banned on the other account, I simply bought a new account, I didn't even notice if I was steamrep banned or not (I didn't even know what steamrep was at the time).
I don't know if they'll remove the ban or not, but I've never scammed anyone and I never would because I've been scammed a few times and I know how a person feels.
