How did you know iced out johnny? You need to provide as much detail any/all interactions you had with the user, I have been pulling teeth now for clear replies and not getting them. If you give another half or non answer, Ill conclude the appeal at that point.

Formal two weeks to followup since I have been asking awhile now.

You are unable to answer a very simple question, what you did provide, is inconsistent with our own information and you are therefor, lying/lying by omission. The appeal is denied. I am not providing any additional details, per policy for users who lie in appeals, but our information is open to inspection by any green tagged admin on SR on a case by case basis.
