Appeal description:

The account I'm appealing for is my old primary account that got hijacked by someone claiming they'd accidentally reported me to community admins of a tf2 trade server I was frequenting and told me to click on a malicious link to appeal, since then I've made an alt account which is the one I'm currently signed into on steamrep, not long ago I was able to get my original account back and as I had no use for it, I got it deleted.
That account now has scammer reputation and as my alt and that account are linked it means I'm not able to make purchases on platforms like marketplace.tf.
I'd like to get this rectified as soon as possible so I can continue to make purchases.
