my account was used as an alt by another user which is a scammer

i was also marked as a scammer in backpack.tf because my account was hijacked before, i used to fall for scams alot, but i managed to regain my account. but i can say that i'm innocent and may have been a victim. if this info is not enough then i can be asked questions through steam (if you guys want >_>) i hope this appeal gets accepted.
