My ban appeal was very sketchy the first time. I scammed one person and another guy that I supposedly 'scammed' had doxxed me and threatened me prior, and his PayPal screenshots were edited via Inspect Element.

This time my ban appeal was denied for 'With multiple scams (successful or otherwise), and lying/hesitation about repaying the victim, I see no reason to grant your appeal. You still pose a risk to the community.'

1.) I did not multiple scam people, I scammed once person which I admitted to and then refunded the money instantaneously. The other person provided fake evidence against me and thus had his report denied, I have evidence to show for this too. He sent me money, yes, however he filed a dispute for a charge back before I could even send him the trade offer.

2.) I did not lie about repaying, nor hesitate. True, I should have read the tutorial on how to send the correct screen shot of repayment however I never once hesitated, I simply sent the proof incorrectly.

These two reasons and combined with the fact that multiple people dealt with my case suggests to me that the person that denied it didn't see the correct evidence I posted (Also attached here). It shows the conversation and then the repayment. This is why I believe I have a special case. The money has gone through and the victim and I kept in contact the whole time until it fully did. I wouldn't say he is happy however he is okay with me now and he knows that I just had one simple mistake.

Upon this decision I hope that you ultimately see that this has ruined my life, I just want to trade happily like I used to and I managed to mess that all up by thinking I could make some fast money. I have learnt my lesson, honestly. These few days without any means of finding trades has felt like years. I honestly think I deserve the second ban appeal as I feel lie not everything was taken into account the first time. For example, like my reasons 1 and 2, I did provide evidence and I did not mean to hesitate, time zones are different and I have been away on vacation etc and also the victim and I found it hard to communicate being on other sides of the globe.

Finally I will outline why I feel like I should be given a second chance at redemption:

I have learnt my lesson and will never scam again
I provided sufficient evidence of the repayment
I no longer pose a threat to the community
and most importantly I just want to trade, like anyone else and not want a stupid, heat of the moment, mistake ruin this.

Please consider this deeply before denying me, I can honestly swear on my life I would never do this again.. From my experience it is not worth it no matter the price. I will do anything.

Here I will repost my second ban appeal:

I knew what I did was wrong and I honestly can tell you I no longer pose a threat to the community. I've been banned from all means of finding trades; Servers, Reddits, Discords and more. I hate myself for doing what I did and the only thing I can say is everyone makes mistakes, and I just made a very stupid one, one that I would never again do in a million years.

To the entirety of the CSGO community I am ashamed of myself and my actions. I'm not a criminal, or at least I didn't think I was until I attempted (and succeeded) in scamming a user via PayPal. The report was there however I refunded the money before hand. As soon as I did it I knew what I did was bad and refunded it. I hated myself and even went into a phase of where I couldn't live with myself for my actions, something that any amount of money is not worth, especially someone else's hard earnt money. Also, to the victim of my scam, I again am sorry, you told me, 'it's fine and thank you for the repayment' however you should not be re-thanking me, what I did was unspeakable and I honestly would never in a million years do again, whether it be now on a game or in the future, I can raise my hand and swear on my heart that I will never, ever do anything to jeopardize mine or anyone elses money, as in the long run, it is definitely not worth it, as mentioned before.

I understand that if this Appeal has to be denied then the only person to blame is myself, so there is no way I can get angry at anyone. I deserve what's coming and if that means never trading again then so be it, I deserve it. However I just want you to see that I truly am no longer a threat to anyone. If justice is what you want, then yes, I agree, I should indeed stay banned. Although if a safe community is what you want, then I promise you and everyone else that it can be just as safe with me once again becoming a part of it. I am so sorry.​

I would die for even a reduction to a caution, I want to to crossgame trades from RL to CSGO via a middle man but no one will do it due to my scam, please think about this, I just think the admin missed my uploaded evidence.

I think it is a cross between 1 and 2.

I do not know if the admin missed my evidence (as he said I was hesitant) or if he has something against me.

I provided the evidence in less than 24 hours of being asked and I did it ASAP as the guy would not reply initially. I DID provide evidence and the admin said I didn't. Also I DID NOT do multiple scams as the guy attempted to charge back before anything even happened.

The first guy called Heat ESEA, no I did not. And the new evidence is because the other admin clearly did not see it as he said I didn't provide any. Please work with me this is my one last shot at redemption and I will do anything.

Yes the person that caused the tag I did scam. He and I have spoke and are okay now.

And what I'm saying is that the evidence was misunderstood by the admin. He said I didn't provide any and was hesitant when I did provide it and I did it as fast as I could, sir.

I repayed him before but it did not go through therefore I had to resend it two days later, the guy will tell you this.

I have admitted (and apologised deeply) from the start that I scammed this person and I never hesitated to own up, he is the one and only person I scammed and I repayed him AS FAST AS I COULD. This is my very first offence and I'm no longer a threat, and I can say that with my heart.
