    Absolutely not - also the user that tried to push that on you was likely hijacked so make sure you've reported them to Valve if you haven't already.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    Well, you can see old logs of steam messages here. It's just not acceptable as evidence in a report.

    Hello, I made a scam report here, but I wasn't able to reply to Horse since I was busy (family stuff), it's my fault I didn't see the replies after doing that report, my bad. And honestly, kinda forgot about the report after a while, but now I'm back, and I'd like to provide the rest of the info needed for the first user involved in the scam. I have made that report a week ago, and I hope that no one got scammed by him since, but I won't tag an admin, I could send their ID64 and the tiny bit of evidence I have from our conversations (and how he made me talk to that fake admin), but I don't really know how to do that with my report closed, so if any of yall can help me that would be great. Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll try to help asap now.

    Alright, sorry for all the trouble, didn't mean to ignore the replies. I have reported all the scammers, and Valve will deal with them hopefully, thanks for help, I appreciate it!
