Ban Appeal

Hi everyone, my account was hijacked more than a year ago (in march 2016). The guy that stolen it scammed people in trading items from CS GO, TF2 etc. Now, after contacting steam support i've got it back, but when i visited SR i saw status "Banned". Is it posible to lift ban? I can provide any evidence (for example screenshots of steam support chat), im really sorry for people who got fooled buy this as*hole, but its not my fault, i got scammed too.

ive logged in with my second account, sorry. This is the account that was stolen. What kind of proofs i need?
