Invalid Ban Appeal

Hello I am Karzo and I am the original owner of this account.
In 2012 winter my account got hijacked by a certain Hi. named person(I cant give a link sorry).
I was upset and i had to creat a new account to play/chat with steam friends.
While 1 of my old friend still had this account on his friendlist he saw that the person was active and changeing names nearly day to day.
At 2013 spring i heard about that steam can recover steam accounts.I did a ticket and i got it back.
After having a few happy weeks/months yesterday 10/9/2013 looked to Steam rep and saw that this account has been marked as a scammer for phising .

If you need any proof of the ticket from steam support or other things (Cant really give links dont know how to do that) just tell me!
