    I was buying a unusual hat for paypal money the 'Victim" says i was acting suspiciously i probaly was becuase i whas tired it was 3 am i have never nor will i ever scammed and or scam someone i understand if my tags are not lifted I hope i get untagged and unbanned from outpost
