    You guys have backlogs from 2012 still, and I impersonated some skial admin for like 15-20 minutes and I've been marked for over a year already, can you actually work on appeals?

    Your correct, we do have backlogs from 2012 that we work on daily. We work on reports to tag offenders. Your already an offender and when your appeal comes in queue I feel sure an admin will reply to yours.

    We work on appeals, but they take a lot of time. The pace is slow but steady: http://forums.steamrep.com/forums/archivedappeals/

    Appeals are rarely granted in the case of "change of heart", and are intended only to make corrections where there was no intent to commit fraud.
