Well, as there is no actual "steamadmin" or w/e, there isn't much to impersonate. Steam Support has a very distinctive mark on it, and are member of Valve group. Anyways, they never will be acting like those fools.

its generally seen as "hijacking" or phishing or w/e when they are active. For proof a screenie with them linking the stuf will be enough.

I kinda got proof of this guy with a name with a old youtube video of the person phising a user
