I am thinking whether or not should my friend be reported. I borrowed my CSGO skin AK47 | Frontside Misty Field tested
to my IRL friend since im confident he will return me. He trusted a website, revengecase.com. The website claimed that he will be able to withdraw an AWP | Medusa if he deposits a 10USD Skin which is my AK47 Skin...

Now he got scammed. And my skin is now in the scammers inventory, my friend which is at fault for falling for a scam now doesn't want to return a new skin. He promised me he will return my skin or a better skin if I traded him the skin.

So... does this mean he is a scammer? Should he be reported?

If you have evidence of an agreement between you and your friend being struck, along with the trade history to back it up, then feel free to make a report if your friend is not cooperating. Please do so in the right sub-forum if you decide to submit one.
