    My Paypal money were chargebacked from one person. Paypal accepted appeal for buyer's side (scammer). Now I have limited account because they see me making fraud activity. What should I do?

    Otherwise use Google - we can't help you with regards to this issue.
    Only thing I do suggest with obtaining payment for virtual items would be to make sure you have the buyer put in lots of things into the notes of the payment such as SteamID, that they are buying Virtual items for whatever game etc etc... As for the outcome of that instance with Paypal..their decisions are usually final and nothing you can do.
