Is this considered reportable / scam?

    An account added me, didn't say a word for 9 months, then one day out of the blue asked if I'd be willing to trade some of my cases, then sent me a trade offer for what I checked to be ~$0.30 of CSGO weapons for ~$125 of my cases.

    I am generally cautious, so I checked the values with backpack.tf before accepting any trade, so I got away today without a scratch, but I'm sure that this fellow has defrauded many more naive and trusting folk.

    I have screenshots of the full trade page, if needed. I'm just not sure if this rises to the level of "fraud", or if this is not something it would be appropriate to report.

    Sr doesn't get involved with Value/pricing disputes - They would have had to tried say something was something it was not. IE: Strange Festive item vs Festive item.
    So based on what you are asking - no. There would need to be chat logs full screen completely documenting deception if otherwise.
