Why don't you check them out yourself? | steamname: MilleniyM [$] #G2A#Kinguin# | steam3ID: [U:1:227891] | steamID32: STEAM_0:1:113945 | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197960493619 | customURL: http://steamcommunity.com/id/milleniym1337 | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561197960493619 http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/...counter-strike-global-offensive-items.118923/ Use your own judgement at this point.

Read everything I put up - you need to learn to search and research a user on your own. It would appear you are in a hurry but I highly advise you take your time and READ. There are a ton of guides here we have up.
That account is as fake as it can get. While the account was created back in 2003, it only started to be used end of November 2015, its a account that was bought from a hijacker. Badges: http://steamcommunity.com/id/milleniym1337/badges/ (years of service is automatic on date of creation, the game collector one is useless for it always points to the original creation date) First screenshot: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=562947278 (real players will put up screenshots LONG before they start trading in said game) He had "1033" hours on CS:GO... yet didn't play 1 round. CS:GO achievements: http://steamcommunity.com/id/milleniym1337/stats/CSGO (ALL 167 achievements in the SAME minute) While having 0 play hours: http://csgo-stats.com/milleniym1337/ (stats there that aren't 0 are faked with SAM, Steam Achievement Manager) Comments: http://steamcommunity.com/id/milleniym1337/allcomments (only 2 comments before November). That all means the account became "active" by ~November 26th, 2015, having so many comments in that short time span just means its all fake. Want to know what actual rep is? http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/what-constitutes-reputation.12391/ As you can see on the SR profile, he's reported for scamming: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/...counter-strike-global-offensive-items.118923/
I know, but you have to adjust to that most who are going to contact you for your item will be trying to scam you. They will try to make you as greedy as possible to close the deal, and try to let you send it first, with whatever lies they will pull up to "convince" you. Also, make sure you are familiar with the "friends" scam type... they want you to trade the item to a friend of yours, in order to "check" the item, and then they impersonate you to that friend (whom they hope is less in the know about trading) or try to impersonate the friend to you so you trade them the item etc. Also a bunch do fake MM's, where they impersonate green listed admins on SR to make you believe its the real one etc. Buying items is relatively easy, selling however, as the scammers are always after items, is hard. And thats just a small take on the scam techniques used. Depending on how much worth your item is, you should do due dilligence to prevent it being stolen from you. We can't advice you on each of them. You need to educate yourself to protect yourself against them.
