Invalid marked as a scammer for "Impersonation with intent to scam " when i was clearly joking around

hi, i recently got marked as a scammer for Impersonation with intent to scam but i was actually clearly messing around with the guy and just talking about recyling for a laugh as his name was "RECYCLINGDAY"

i might even be able to get the guy to help me out as i didnt even know what he was selling or anything like that, he had just joined the server but i think the guy could have been an admin or something,

i was playing on this server ip:
74.63.77.142:27015 (pink taco's unusual trading server)
to be honest and i wasn't even sure you could get marked as a scammer for this, also i can i ask a question?, if my appeal does get denied am i marked as a scammer forever?
