Invalid My appeal

I have a 13 year old brother that recently showed me tf2outpost. To give me a little help trading he wrote +rep on my profile. We were both banned and now we can't trade with anybody on outpost. I logged in with steam on tf2warehouse and was immediately banned from that as well. I tried appealing through tf2outpost but it didn't work. The appeal process was taking so long my brother and I made alternate accounts, which were also banned. I realize we shouldn't have done that. Everything I am saying is the truth. Can you please give us both a pardon? All he did was write a stupid +rep on my profile and now we are both banned from everything. I never scammed anybody.
