Not receiving trade offer confirmation emails suddenly

Hi,

As the title says, I randomly stopped receiving trade confirmation emails a few days ago and as such I haven't been able to trade. Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't have a trade ban or anything, and haven't logged into my account from a new location at all.

Also just found out: I traded my friend through steam, and received the email then. However, if someone sends me a trade offer from a trading site, or I go to send an offer myself, then I don't receive the email.

Check spam?

Not in spam or anything either. Literally just flat out not receiving them for trade offers. As I say, actual trades seem to work fine though, which is weird. Was seeing if anyone else has/had this issue.

I don't know if it's because it solved itself or if it was because I did as you said there, but it's working now. Thanks!
(for the record, I use bt yahoo, which has a spam folder rather than autofiltering spam [couldn't see any steam emails in the spam folder])

On yahoo, you only see the spam mails in the spam folder that are on less than a certain # of points regarded "spam" if above, you'll never see it. Whitelisting the address by adding it to contacts results it into appearing...

One funny situation that does appear:

1. Sell or Buy 400+ things off of Steam Market within the span of 1 minute. I.e. CSGO Cases.
2. Try to trade offer someone with Steam Email Confirmation turned on.
3. You will not receive the confirmation email until the sun pops up into the horizon again.

I've noticed that trades done through the trade window rather than through trade offers take a lot longer to show up.
