Question about getting scammed

    So i agreed to a game trade through steam chat with someone, i sent him a humble bundle link and he activated it (you can see on the link that he activated it), after that, instead of sending me the key for the other game, he unfriended me on steam.
    My questions being:

    Can he get banned here on steamrep?

    Can he get trade banned on steam?

    he can be banned on steam rep as well as on steam if u have enough proofs like scren shoots or ur chat and trade u can make appeal in the steam rep forum
    and for steam there is a ticket system read steam forum for more information gl

    It's outside of the steam trading policy, its unlikely the user will be banned by Valve. Its possible tho, if hes done it often and hes reported a bunch, they may eventually nab him but dont get your hopes up.
