    What happened? Description:
    Friend that I have added since 2015 randomly messages me saying i have a pending ban - links to a fake 'steam employee' to help me out. The profile obviously has no valve employee badge and that was where I stopped.
    Accusation: Impersonating a valve employee to gain items by saying they have been scammed.

    @JECK_ You did this report backwards - you report the user you were FIRST involved with not the other way around.
    Now since you've known this "FRIEND" for nearly 4 years wouldn't it be safe to assume they were likely hijacked? Do you have other means of communication towards your friend to see if that was the case since this is a very VERY common thing here lately.

    That account is at this point innocent of any issues due to lack of follow up by you.
