What happened? Description:

He did a paypal refund a month after he sent the money and has kept my skins and blocked me. He goes around saying he is a trusted trader but is not i have screenshot proof too.​

Provide Evidence:

I traded him my rust skins for paypal and the trade went through i ended up transfering the money out of my account then about a month after the trade went i get a notification saying he has refunded 344$ and now my paypal is negative and i cant do anything about it please let others know he is a scammer and needs to be stopped.​
