Hi, I really hope you can help me!

I have put on sale on Steam my butterfly -case hardened knife, on the 9th July.

This person has contacted me to say that he would like to buy it, however with cash.

First thing he did, he told me that I have a scammer into my friends list, who may want ot steal my knife.
he used print screens from a "Safety Check" page, where he showed me negative reviews of that profile, which most likely it's his as well.

When he offered to buy the knife, I've said to accept revolut payments only, thinking that those could not be cancelled afterwards. I have heard some stories about cancelled paypal payments, which he agreed.
After some negociations, we've reached the price of 1000 euros, at which point he insisted that he his genuine, stating that he has an inventory of more than 6000 dollars and plenty of positive reviews on his selling skin page.
At this point I've mentioned to him why I needed the money, and yet he carried on with the scamm, convincing me to move the rest of the conversation to discord, where I provided the bank details. I know now that discord discussions to not count, however those include only personal bank details, and some print screens he provided with a fake "safety check" website where he showed me all his positive reviews.

Once I gave him all the bank details, I have sent him the trade offer, with the message "As agreed for 1000 euros Revolut exchange", which he approved.
He then processed the 1000 euros to me, and told me that it can take a while for the payment to be confirmed.

What I didn't know, was that he created a Bitok account for me, without my knowledge or approval, so that he will have control over it.
I have received email confirmations of the created account and of the payment being made, although later on he went inside the account, cancelled the payment, and then deleted the account so that I do not have access to it anymore. Photos of email confirmations have been attached as well.

Once that was done, he has deleted all his messages from Steam and Discord, and has deleted me as his friend, therefore not being able to contact him.

Can you please help me give this account a bad rep, in order to stop him from tricking others, and ban him as well, if possible?
