Keep in mind I am not the victim here; the victim is a player on outpost who was asking for help in reporting Mo JaMmA, and I decided to help him. The trade where this interaction occurred is here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1996081

Description:
The situation goes as follows. The user (Mo JaMmA) added the victim to see if he would like to buy his bubbles trilby, which the victim became interested in. The user then asked the victim if he would like to "try it out," but then became uneasy about letting him do it without leverage. The user then suggested that the victim give him his bubbles AA as leverage for his bubbles trilby, and the victim, understanding the trilby costs less than the AA, was hesitant to do so, though eventually they made an agreement: that the victim would give the user his bubbles AA as leverage, and and the user would give the victim his bubbles trilby (+ minor other items, you can see them in one of the provided screens) to try on, as long as neither of them ran off with the other's hat. As you can see from the item history, which shows that the hat was given/sold to another user/trader, and the fact that the user removed the victim directly after receiving the hat, he clearly ran off with the user's items and violated an agreement based on trust between them. Furthermore, from this trade, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1999692 , you can see the clear intention of the user to sell off his mis-begotten item.

wow its sad how that kid wrapped u around his fingers... ill tell u what happened the damn kid tried on my hat and not in the steam chat but in the trade chat he sayed that he liked it and that he would trade his unusual for it if i added some stuff and thats when u see all my other items. when i asked him " u like it?" in the trade chat [which he has no screen shot of for some reason] he said yes and we further discussed OUR bussiness not some guy who decided to file a false report for some kid. even if i did run off with his hat [which i didnt] its not scamming its him being dumb enough to let me wear the hat good day.

I had thought that you were not going to comment...well, no matter. Anyways, do you have screens or any proof of your claims? I had thought it might be possible something had gone on in trade chat, but from the way the steam chat seemed to go, it is almost a certainty that what he told me was true. Also, a scammer, as defined by SteamRep, is "anyone that uses deception, thievery, lies, or anything that is underhanded to take advantage of or steal from another trader." If what happened is true, then you certainly deceived him, lied to him, and stole from him. You are the literal definition of a scammer, though maybe not quite the same type as most of the scammers that are listed on this site.

Do you have any screenshots of this "business" you guys conducted?

well had i known that this guy would have filed for false claims after he figured out that his hat was suposebly worth more than mines [it kinda wasnt] then i would have i dont think i should have to take screenshots of everything. who's to say that hes innocent and im guilty or vice versa its really his word against mines. i can tell u one thing, i am no scammer, have u noticed some how he has screenshots of everything except the trade chat? look at the non existing evidence.

He has evidence and screenshots, you don't.

The evidence shows that the items in question were to establish trust regarding allowing the hat to be tried on, not as payment. Mo Jamma is welcome to appeal this with our appeals staff here but I must go strictly by evidence and the evidence shows a scam.
