I need to see the impersonation WITH INTENT to defraud here...as it stands all I see is a name and a user asking about looking at something with an item.
Impersonation alone isn't a reportable offense here.
    What else do you have?

He ask what the index of the unusual is. As dealing with all types of scammers they always say "what is the index, market pattern" or something along those lines which if i responded that i didnt know then it would send me a phishing link.

Its plain to see what his intention was because people have even made threads knowing if people asked about Index of an unusual saying that they were scammers, so i believed that you guys would know instantly.

I'm not asking for an explaination - I'm asking for screenshot evidence to prove intent to defraud.
    Do you have any more?
If you are reporting a phishing attempt then that is something completely different...are you?

Then i am reporting phishing, I am sorry for putting it into the wrong category. When i saw defraud i mostly went onto the idea of impersonation and phishing. So do pardon

Unfortunately, SteamRep does not accept reports dealing with hijacking/phishing/hacking -Due to current Investigative Policy
    http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/investigative-policy.140101/

This includes anything to do with API key requests, wrong or misspelled URL's and sites requesting logins of any type in attempts to steal your credentials.
These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
