    Miyazaki-San(76561197973137979) and

    Deceived a YouTuber for $4,000, when buying an item, he and his friend took things for themselves and did not pay.

    Also they threatened him, change their rep so other people don't get caught!

    You are not the victim therefore you can't make the report - no 3rd party reports.
    You have NO evidence of any scam here either - no chat/agreement nothing.
    You can't report someone for threats here, you can do that with Valve.
