What happened? Description:

Guy with steam level 200 offered to buy my tf2 inventory for the price of 1850. I got suspicious after he wanted items first before payment, and wanted a middleman, but he was going to rescind the offer, so I went ahead with it. I got a screenshot of him agreeing to do this trade as well, and after it went through, he blocked me.​

Hmm that's fair, however the Unusual is the main thing of value in your inventory. I did notice it is spelled, I could throw in an extra $150 to make it $1850 total, but without it it wouldn't make much sense to buy everything else unless it's a decent deal if that makes sense.

steam profile comments have near zero value and can be bought/cheated. Steam profile levels shows person is invested into account which he has alot more of, but number of quality games owned is annother tell tale of someone has invested into an account and you both have that, sure he has alot more but that only says that you both are legit and not that one guy is more legit than the otheryou can copy/paste that last paragraph to him and say i said that

Sure, leveling a Steam account does show the investment and commitment to Steam. Totally agree. They did forget that I have been a Steam member for almost 16 years, with over 5,000 trades made. Meaning that if I ever did anyone wrong on here I probably wouldn't be here talking to ya right now. Had plenty of opportunities to screw people over for backpacks worth over $3k and never done so, just not my thing Also, I did offer to send a screenshot of my Paypal which would show my real name, balance, and cards I'm verified with, which would make it even more stupid to try to pull something fishy.
Not really willing to risk my account getting banned over a trade, just isn't worth it.

2. I add him, I tell him that I'd be willing to sell my inventory without my unusual to which he increases his offer to 1850 USD.

3. After a while of deciding, we finally agree to carry out the trade

4. He immediately blocks me.
