    At this point with what was provided by both sides I've determined that the accused was not involved with the OP. I can not confirm that the report was a fake report intended to setup the OP or if the OP/victim was a victim of impersonation in which someone impersonated the accused. Report will be REJECTED due to those reasons.
    If in the future circumstances were different than what we were able to determine then report will be reviewed and action will be taken against any party involved.
    Should there be any other evidence that needs to be known by anyone viewing this report they can PM me or Roudydogg1.
