What happened? Description:

I saw a good offer on my profile and I was interested, so I added the user(Rokku). He offered me $2000 Paypal cash after some "negotiation" and since I wanted cash, I thought why not? So, on the day of the trade, I wanted to receive the cash first, but he refused as he claimed that he has a good steam rep. I asked for examples and he replied "150 steam level, 12 years on steam, 20000+ playing hours, etc.", everything is in the screenshots. In the end, I foolishly trusted the user and when my trade hold was over, I offered the trade first, expecting a follow-up payment to my PayPal account, which obviously did not happen. I provided all the screenshots you need including the trade history (in my reply as there is a limit to how many sc i can upload) and all transactions from PayPal. My previous report was declined because I didn't know the reporting format that included bad screenshots. Now, I don't have access to the chat anymore as the scammer blocked me, So I used the get messages from steam chat and I really hope you will find everything you need here. I am also uploading my old screenshots for your reference if you want to take a look.

These are my old chat logs with this scammer just for your reference before I was blocked by him. Some of them are missing, but they are still useful.

hey, I've already submitted both the inventory history that is showing accused url and also paypal activity.
On my second reply there is the inventory history with the accused url and paypal screenshot has activity highlighted at the top
