    Accused profile: 76561198002886537

    Victim profile: 76561198276835299

    What happened? Description:
    He said he would pay via paypal for 2 items. He paid for the first one and once i sent the second one he started making excuses because of fees. He then agreed to pay via international bank transfer and blocked me after a few days. He has renamed changed his profile and blocked me.​
