He started chatting with me and sent me a funny "steam" link i tried logging in with one of my other accounts with 1 game or so, and it said error and it asked me for email and password for the email ( http://steamconnumity.MALWARE-SUSPECTED-bugs3-.com/forums/ )

i dont know if this is the right forum, but he is trying to steal other peoples accounts. Atleast you can tag him or something.

Thanks for the info. I would ask that next time you file a report, please be sure to break the phishing link. A SR Admin will investigate this as soon as possible.
