    Description: He added me. Offered to buy all 4 my buds at $37 each via Paypal. Declined. Then offered $60 (o_O) per item. I agreed.
    Dude said that he will press "Send money" right at the same moment I press Accept in trade. He said that this is fair. I think this is ridiculous.
    I have to notice, that when I checked, 5 of 17 of his friends were scammers (it's 4 at the moment). When I said that he is possibly scammer, he called me scammer and immediately went offline.

    I closed the chat window so don't have transcription =/

    I clearly disagree.... unless you plan on starting a RacistRep.com then no matter what anyone says in a PRIVATE chat should be deflected to mean they are a scammer. If the evidence says a scam attempt or scam happened then fine a scam tag it is...but as soon as Steamrep starts tagging for other purposes then it loses its credibility with the community as a whole for marking outside its purpose.
