What happened? Description:

met on csgolounge. person told me to sell my items on steam market and he would buy them. after this he sold one for higher that i bought. he said he would send me money through paypal after this. after i bought the items he said the paypal was sent but it hasnt been received.​

this guy needs to be banned. idk about his old rep and dont care. he lies now and should be banned​

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accused profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
