What happened? Description:

Dear Steam,

Before my account was hacked and banned, I had sold an item to a player on CSGO on my friends account. He agreed to purchase my knife that I sold to him via paypal through eBay. After receiving the knife, he filed a claim the next couple days saying the item was not as described and wanted a refund without returning the item.

I have a video proof that he knew the condition of the item when trading it and even waited 3 days to accept it.

The video was recorded when the trade process was happening. I have the video but the file is too big, is there anyway i can submit it?

The buyers account is https://steamcommunity.com/id/karkay

I have ebay messages that i can also send as proof to show that he was the one that was on the game accepting the trade and buying.​

If you follow the eBay messages and look at the code i sent him through there, and then if you look at the message on steam.​
