Alright, I'll try to be calm. Having problems like this really influence your mind in a negative way...

I'm up for the idea that I will add skip, but there are few problems I see that are stopping me from doing that :

1. Our time zones are absolutely opposite and once I add him, he will accept during my sleeping time, copy his part of chat and probably remove me.
2. After that happens, I will get blamed for removing him, just like I've been in the past few days by "not accepting him".

I'm not sure how you're seeing the my position here, but If you have a solution to this, I really want to hear it.

Update: Went to Skip's profile and noticed that I'm blocked. including a screenshot below.

I have also recorded a video, but It reveals my steam login so if it's possible, I would only like to share it with admin.

I did that because you hit ignore after making me wait days and I wasn’t able to add you again. I tried asking the admin to press you to add me but I didn’t get a reply. The only way I can add you after you hit ignore is for me to block you then unblock you so it stops giving me an error feel free to try it to see for yourself. Was that on purpose? You never provided screenshots before when you claimed I didn’t contact you suddenly you figure out the printscreen button?

I’ll ask you what I asked you to do for the past week now, add me.
I’m telling you again I will not remove you I’ve heard nothing but excuses you are trying so hard to avoid adding me ever since I requested it a week ago you keep calling the report fake so add me and screen it, go on. Do it. You’ve made me waste time all this week over a stupid attempt you made on me so in a way you succeeded.

Harassment
You’ve sent so many people to harass me this past week it’s mental. I have not stopped providing evidence for everything I say yet you get away with accusing me of partnerships with scammers without evidence as well as me never having made contact with them. It’s called tags, you can do them to sort your friends list I do it to distinguish irl friends from gaming friends from traders and so on.

You're unblocked and because of me doing this I am now able to add you again don't hit ignore then say I didn't add you, if you do that I'll show the error.

As soon as you got on you ignored my friend request I doubt you even checked the report before declining me.
Now I can’t add you again, if I repeat the method I did last time with blocking you and unblocking so I can resend the invite I run the risk of you repeating what you did earlier.

If adding you is the only option left, I guess I have no other choice, so I added you.
I just kind of see it pointless from my perspective as Skip will only accept me once I'm offline, do his "Work" and then remove me and tell that I removed, blocked or did whatever other thing that would stop me from getting my screenshot done. During this whole period of 10 days, I have not received a single friend invite from Skip and haven't blocked him even one single time.

I will probably cancel the invite before going to bed as Skip was online and saw this and didn't accept. Will try to add once both of us are online so that we would both have chance to screenshot the chat.

You’re so full of it you never added me if you did then you instantly hit cancel as I never saw a request not only am I providing a screenshot but I’m making a video as well for this reply and every subsequent one.
No I didn’t hit ignore don’t lie, if you find you can't add me again it's because you cancelled your request meaning that it's giving an error. Before you go shouting that I blocked you post the error message you are receiving.

I do know that user it’s my alternate account, I used it to buy duelling mini games to get the platinum badge I currently own and I was considering turning it into a trading bot I still might.

If you’re referring to my taskbar it’s because I wanted to censor some private information related to my account I didn’t believe it’s necessary considering it says on SR you don’t need to provide your log in name.

I have some sensitive information on there I didn’t want everyone to see, I’ve offered the original image multiple times as well as a video where I click the user’s name, highlight all the chat and more. If Graatz would add me I can show you the chat is still there.

So for complete clarity and feel free to verify what I said here I did not edit any screenshot I have provided with the exception of the first 4 which I did to hide some private information it was my first report and I did not expect such overwhelming harassment from Graatz. I was actually going to cover my name with a white box but I used my list instead.
