What happened? Description:

A random guy from Steam added me with a legit looking profile on 19th of June, 2015. I added him to my friends list.
Later, the scammer told me he wants my Tec-9 and my AK-47 skins. I told him that even my profile information says that I don't trade any items except cases.
He sent me a trade offer and said to look at it.
I looked at it and saw that I will get 15$ from a trade for my Tec-9 and AK-47 skins.
I obviously knew about this scam method so I instantly blocked the scammer and reported him for attempted trade scam.
Unfortunately, I was in the Steam UI in-game when I received the message, so I couldn't screenshot the chat log or save it.​

18 Friends in the list? That's not legit looking mate. Not for a trader.

Not for a trader, but for a normal user.
3 years of service, 19 games (including expensive ones), Level 10 on Steam.

Just the games can matter over there. Nothing else says anything to me. The "x" years accounts can be bought for a cheap price and the level is a matter of max. 3$.
It's a true fact that the account looks preety legit but i recommend you to go from now on with traders of level 35+, with reputation thread, public profile comments and who show their number of trades made on the main page of the profile. That should come at 500+ if you want to deal with an active trader.
